Using Top Storage Pods means agreeing to these terms. They are short on purpose; the parts a lawyer must finish are marked rather than faked.

What this service is

Top Storage Pods is a publication and a quote-request service. We rank portable storage container companies and, at your request, introduce you to companies that can serve a storage move. We are not a storage company: we do not deliver containers, set the prices providers charge, or become a party to any contract between you and a storage company.

Rankings are editorial opinion

Top Storage Pods is an advertising-supported comparison service. Rankings reflect our editorial judgment applied to driveway delivery, pricing transparency, container options, and customer experience. They are our opinion, not a measured rating, and we do not publish per-company scores or review counts. Featured and network partners may compensate us when you request quotes, which can influence placement. Requesting a quote connects you with our storage concierge and participating providers; it is never a booking and carries no obligation.

Requests are not bookings

The quote request on this site carries this notice, reproduced from the same text the form flow uses:

This is a free, non-binding request. Your final container price and delivery window are confirmed by a storage consultant after reviewing access, size, and hold needs.

Quote requests

When you submit a quote request you agree that:

you are 18 or older and the details you submit are your own and accurate
a request is not a booking and creates no obligation on you or on any provider
your details go to participating storage companies who will contact you, under the consent shown on the form and described in the Privacy Policy

Acceptable use

no scraping, bulk copying, or republication of the rankings or write-ups
no false, automated, or bulk quote submissions
no interference with the site’s security or rate-limiting controls

Intellectual property

The site’s content — rankings, write-ups, methodology, and design — belongs to Top Storage Pods and may not be reused commercially without permission.

For counsel review — Trademark posture for the ranked brand names must be confirmed before any ownership assertion about those marks is added here.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided as-is and as-available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for the acts, omissions, pricing, or performance of any storage company you engage, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.

Governing law and disputes

For counsel review — Deliberately not drafted. Governing law, venue, any arbitration clause and any class waiver are counsel’s to write — a wrong dispute clause is worse than none, so this section ships as a marked placeholder rather than a guess.
