How Top Storage Pods works

Top Storage Pods is run by the 8 Top Movers moving team. You tell us what container you need once, and the team gets you written quotes from container and storage companies. Global Elegance Moving and Logistics shares ownership with 8 Top Movers.

What happens to a request

Three steps, and you decide at the end.

  1. Tell us once

Pick a container size, the delivery ZIP, a target date and whether your driveway has room. Add a destination ZIP if the container is moving with you.

  2. The team gets quotes

The 8 Top Movers moving team asks container and storage companies for rates for your ZIP and dates, and brings back written quotes.

  3. You compare and choose

Read the quotes side by side. Nothing is booked until you say yes, and you never pay us.

What we do not do

So you know exactly what this site is, and what it is not.

  • Own containers or storage sites

We do not deliver, move or store containers. The company you choose does, under its own written terms.

  • Book anything for you

Asking for quotes is never a booking. Nothing is booked until you say yes to a quote.

  • Sell spots on this site

There is no list of companies here, and no company pays to appear on this site.

  • Charge you

You never pay Top Storage Pods. You pay only the company whose quote you accept.

Advertising disclosure

We are an advertising and marketing company, and may be compensated by movers in our network.

No company pays to appear on this site.

When you ask for container quotes, the 8 Top Movers moving team gets rates from container and storage companies and brings back written quotes. You never pay us, and asking is never a booking.

How to check any container company

Whoever quotes your container, get the size, dates, monthly rate, fees, storage location and damage protection in writing before you book.

Crossing a state line?

When a container with your belongings moves to another state, the company hauling it should have a USDOT number from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). Ask for the number, then look it up before you book.
